By visiting the ASTRID SCHMIDT JEWELRY website (“Site”), www.astridschmidtjewelry.com  (“Astrid Schmidt Jewelry”), you are accepting and consenting to be bound by the Terms of Use provided herein, as well as the Privacy Policy.  

Shipping

Each piece of jewelry is carefully made. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  Most items will ship between 7-14 business days of when the order is placed. 

Returns & Exchanges

All pieces are handmade to order and we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit within 14 days of receipt.Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  Please contact us prior to shipping. Sale, special, one-of-a-kind and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale

Repairs

We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 90 days after date of purchase. After 90 days a charge will apply for repairs. Please contact us at info@astridschmidtjewelry with your inquiry for information and repair pricing prior to shipping the item.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
